Is There a Heaven and Hell?
Jan/18/08 05:21
Why are these basic foundations of the Bible being challenged by people.? How do you possibly read scripture and say there is no heaven or hell? What the heck is scripture talking about when it speaks of these terms? Is it just symbolic, a metaphor, an analogy or is it just what it says it is? Read More...

Who Gets the Credit?
Sep/12/07 04:13
This is another reason why I believe God has chosen
us and predestined us who are followers of Christ
and that is... He gets all the credit for my
salvation. I know there was nothing good in me and
I was completely dead in my transgressions until
God breathed spiritual life into me. He gave me the
faith to believe and the ability to repent and turn
towards Him. He then imputed me with His
righteousness.

Here is an excerpt from Catholic.Answers.com on how
to share the Gospel message with Muslims. This is

isn’t even funny. Take a read and see what problems
you can find. I will highlight just a few. My
comments are contained in the blue brackets

Sharing the Gospel - Part 3
Jun/04/07 11:37
I have been pretty busy, I apologize for taking so
long to get this last installment posted up.
John MacArthur has written an excellent outline of the following six points.
1. Teach them about God’s holiness
2. Show them their sin
3. Instruct them about Christ and what He has done.
4. Tell them what God demands of them.
5. Advise them to count the cost thoughtfully.
6. Urge them to trust Christ. Read More...

Sharing the Gospel Part 2
May/20/07 11:23
In my previous post we discussed how Jesus used the
10 commandments to show the rich ruler how he had
fallen short of God’s glory. We also saw how the
commandments are called a tutor because it shows us
that we have broken God’s law. God is a just God.

Sharing the Gospel Part 1
May/17/07 11:20
Jon Courson writes: The greatest joy in the world
comes from seeing someone:
For whom you’ve been praying,
With whom you have been sharing,
To whom you’ve been witnessing,
to receive Christ. Read More...

Is the Bible True?
May/16/07 11:16
The battle of ideas continue. If someone asks you
how you know the Bible is true how do you respond
to them? Because it just is? Or do we have clear
evidence of it’s validity and authority? I was
doing a Bible study a few years ago and one of the
questions that was brought up is how do we know the
bible is true? Well instead of re-writing the wheel
I found a great article on the web that outlines 7
key points: Read

There is a Battle
Apr/23/07 10:50
Sometimes it just seems hopeless out in the world.
As I am writing this entry there are two people who
I have been dialoging with over and over again
about the truth of God’s word and they just hate
God. One calls God the crackhead intelligent
designer and the other says God is a murderer war
monger. Their arguments are so week against God.
They both are using straw man arguments that fall
faster than a house of cards. I know why they are
blind it is due to their sin. Trying to shed light
in this dark world can only be accomplished through
God’s Word. Read

How many times are Christians accused of being
narrow minded or intolerant? But as soon as you say
someone is intolerant are you not being intolerant
yourself? Read

Amassador of Christ
Mar/29/07 09:07
Paul pleads with us in 2 Corinthians 5:20 to be
ambassadors for Christ.
20 Now then, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were pleading through us: we implore you on Christ’s behalf, be reconciled to God.
We are representatives of Christ. When people look at us and see how we behave, talk, and act we are proclaiming Christ through our actions. People may never go to a church service or crack open a bible and the only way they will ever know or see Jesus is through our actions and witness. Read More...
